You can hear and feel the the motor is moving/doing something but it seems as if it is just not gripping (whatever they do) the screen to pull it back up. A little problem is that the decoraters have overlapped slighty the frame ... WebAug 5, 2002 · Make sure the screen is level. Sometimes this effects the mechanism. Extend the screen to it's original intended position. Pulling the screen out fully will load the tension on the spring the way it was originally intended. If you have already opened the case, make sure the "notch" on the end is in the 6:00 position.
