Iphone 13 won't focus

WebIphone 13 Camera keeps focusing and unfocusing. Finally got IOS 16 but sometimes the camera starts constantly focusing and unfocusing randomly when I open the app or use the lockscreen shortcut. I can't take videos or pictures using the camera app sometimes. I can use the camera through other apps like Snapchat and BeReal with no trouble.
