Seat belt light won't turn off
WebIt doesn’t matter if the cable is attached on the other end. In fact I have played around with it while stuck in traffic such that when it is acting up, I can unplug the USB and the seat belt light goes off. Plug it back in, and the light comes back on in a few seconds. For the record I always have stuff in the front seat. There is a separate switch for the indicator light so you'll still get that. The buzzer is a safety feature - it reminds you you haven't fastened your seatbelt.
Web23 Dec 2024 · If it doesn't go off then there is something wrong with your reed sensor, jumping the wire sensor is actually a solution too but you must open your buckle or try to locate the wire sensor.
